All members of the public welcome to the Cooran Memorial Hall AGM. This is a formal AGM meeting per the agenda above.
To become a member of the Hall bring $5 cash for membership on the meeting day, or if you
prefer deposit into the halls bank account before meeting.
To submit a proxy vote or nominate a committee member please contact the treasurer on the above email address for the appropriate forms.
To vote or nominate you need to be a member of the hall.
