Please bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lie down but NOT a cushion for under your head due to the position of your head during breathwork 

Learn how breathwork can help with different areas of your body, how it can calm you down, how your body and mind must work together and how different breathing techniques do different things

Mindfulness is about living in the present moment rather than in the past or the future. It teaches you how remain calm in stressful situations and how your body and mind should work together

As per the Government COVID-19 rules – please wear a mask, maintain a 1.5 metre distance where necessary and sign in with both the Gov QR code and the sign in sheet available.
