Di Morrison will be running two more free sessions of breath and meditation at Cooran Hall on:

Tuesday 3rd September at 12:45pm

Tuesday 10th September at 12:45pm

• Move your body to release stress and tension;

• Harness the power of breath to relax your body and clear your mind; and

• Learn simple meditation techniques to cultivate a calm state of being.

Supported by Noosa Council, these one hour sessions are free. You don’t need to reserve a spot, just show up, and please bring a yoga mat and cushion.
